PRODUCT CARE

If you want your piece to keep its original shape try not to place them in tight places; pocket, purse. Your piece is made to last, but will not handle bending or rough handling. For safe travel we recommend a jewellery box. 

To remove any makeup or misguided stains a wet wipe will do. A polishing cloth will keep the sterling silver shining fabulously. 

SHIPPING

All orders are made and packaged by a one woman show in her Sydney studio. As some items are made to order shipping time for each item may vary. Please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch.

If you need an item by a certain date please email and we will try to do our best to get it to you on time. 

Once shipped, your order should take between 2 - 4 business days (Australia) and 3 - 14 business days (International) to arrive.

We can not take responsibility for packages lost due to incorrect customer details.

All orders will come with a tracking number and confirmation email. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As these pieces live in your lobes, we do not offer change of mind, exchange or refund of purchases due to hygiene reasons. If a piece has broken on the way or was delivered faulty, please contact us and we will try our best to figure out the best outcome.

We understand that in certain circumstances things break. If you have a broken piece please don't hesitate to contact us for a replacement or repair. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

We try our best to make our pieces durable and are constantly evolving them into a better product. Your breakage helps us continue doing so. 

Please note that handcrafted items will vary slightly due to their handmade nature.

All sales are final and no returns can be made. Please pick your purchases carefully.
